September Favourites

I Thought I would start doing a favourites post for every month, as I have found that more and more I'm discovering some amazing products that I keep falling in love with!

First off is my ultimate favourite for this month; Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser! I first tried this cleanser around this time last year, however moved away from it when I was told I needed to try Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, which actually ruined my skin.  So after months of suffering I decided to repurchase Cetaphil again, and OMG my skin in the last month has improved so much, meaning that I'm so much more comfortable going makeup free when leaving the house. If anyone tells me they are suffering from bad acne this is the product I always recommend to them.

Nivea Post Shave Balm is a new product in my makeup bag but I have no idea why I never purchased it sooner, because I absolutely love this, hence why it is a favourite for September.  As most of you will know this product can be used as a primer before applying you're make up, and if you've read any of my previous posts primer is a must in my makeup bag! I literally have no words for how good this product is, my makeup has never looked so good for so long. With a price point of just over £5 you just can't complain !

This next favourite is again new to me and it is the Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Masks.  These masks are for people who have super dehydrated skin that needs a bit of a boost. Just one of these masks contains a weeks worth of Garniers' Hydrating Serum for just £1.49 at full price, however if you purchase now then you can get them for 99p! For me these are brilliant as I suffer with very dry skin, so when I use these my skin feels bouncier and healthier looking, which is something I lose when I am stressed.  I can also guarantee that anyone that suffers from eczema on their face these really do help, and don't cause it to break out at all which is very unusual when I experiment with face masks.

So enough on skincare now I have 2 new favourites for September that are literally glued to my makeup bag.

First of is the Mac Mineralize Skin Finish in Dark Golden. When I do my makeup I always find that my bronzer looked slightly muddy and it didn't matter how much I tried to change how I applied it, it was always the same.  So I did a bit of research and found that it was because my bronzer was too dark for my skin tone.  When I got back from holiday I made it my mission to find the perfect bronzer, and after watching Hannah Renee rave about this powder I knew I had to give it a go.  So, when I was next in Manchester I headed to MAC where the girl asked me about what I like in a bronzer and she matched me to dark golden. WOW! I am so glad I purchased this, it literally melts into your skin and blends out so beautifully.  I Love this bronzer so much that I don't think I will ever buy anything different.

My last September Favourite has to be the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in Sundipped! When I went to America I already knew that I would be picking one of these glow kits up, and I was so glad that they had this one in stock, as for me the colours match perfect due to my olive skin tone. If you want that wet highlighted look that you see on Instagram all the time, then this palette is a must have.  The colours that are perfect for highlighting the high points of the face are Tourmaline, Moonstone and Summer (I like to use both moonstone and summer together).  However, Bronzed is slightly too dark for a lot of skin tones, so I use this as an eyeshadow and it is gorgeous especially for the autumn season as it is a beautiful copper/bronzer shade.

That is everything for my September favourites, I hope you enjoyed reading and stay tuned for updates on my Facebook and Twitter.
